- Upon placing order, if you write the owner's name and desired child's name on the additional comment section, they will be printed (or engraved) on the warranty certificate.
- If no name is mentioned in the comment section, your member ID (or orderer's name if you are a non-member) will be engraved as the Owner's name. Child's name will be engraved as 'ASHLEY'.
* Owner's name: Up to 18 letters (including space) in English alphabet and Arabic numerals only.
* Child's name: Up to 14 letters (including space) in English alphabet and Arabic numerals only.
* Only default makeup is provided. Changing makeup is not possible. Write in the additional comment section if you do not wish to have the default makeup (the price will remain unchanged).

* Limited Edition serial number is given according to the date of order and payment confirmation. Desired serial number cannot be chosen.
* Outfits shown in the photo are included in Limited Edition Ashley Full Package. Please note that Limited Edition Ashley without outfits is also available. Ashley is limited edition, and total of 68 (including full package) are available worldwide.
