Dear customers,
Updating mileage points for survey participation has been completed. There were number of responses with many good ideas and feedbacks and it was very difficult for us to make our decisions from so many thorough answers. Two customers have been chosen and they will receive extra mileage points within the next day.
Surveys which did not follow the correct survey format, such as not including FairyLand ID or not answering particular questions have been discluded from point update.
Also, there were surveys with FairyLand ID's which could not be found on our record and it was not possible to update points for these customers. If you have completed the survey in the correct format but did not receive any points, it is possible that there was a mistake with your ID (eg. FairyLand ID is case sensitive). Please contact the administrator via CS CENTER by the end of January including your correct ID to have your points updated if this is the case.
